After a long camping trip it was time for a 'new' trailer. Tim at Riverside was wonderful. He listened to our needs, wants, and other concerns. They had just what we wanted! He spent time with us, talking over everything. We did not feel pressured or rushed. Jimmy was also helpful. And today when we picked it Josh walked us through and answered all our questions. When he didn't know an answer he found it out. Tim was also there and helped with getting us the manual, and making sure we were comfortable with everything.
